It amazes me how much one person is capable of doing. One person can change the world. YOU can change the world. They could read about you in history books. You can inspire people. You can become an idol. You really could do anything. Why aren't you? Why aren't I?
Is it because most people are too busy standing in line, just trying to be the first to make it rich? Most people will not make a difference in the world because most people are simply not themselves. They are just a simple carbon copy of the person in front of them. You are assigned your music, your clothes, what you watch, how you act, your religion and your believes. You are assigned everything. What becomes popular is what you buy. What they play on the radio is what you listen to. You think you are special, but you are not. Around 155,000 people die every day. If you were to die, nothing would change, your family would cry, your friends will cry, but the world will go on. Just like how around 155,000 people just died today, and nothing at all has changed. What makes you so special?
Now before you go and put that gun to your head, how about you step out of that line. How about you embrace your true self. Live for your uniqueness and live for the "weird". Be YOU. Try to learn as much as you can, and then teach it to others. Try your hardest to makes a difference in the world. You are capable of anything you put your mind to. Do what you love, because when it's over it's over. Your not going to be special if you are just like everyone else... Be YOU... For it is your life

Where are we headed?
For 2 million years we were shaped by nature. We used to have face to face social interactions. Our job was DIY survival. We caught and grew our food. Nature was an extension of ourselves, not a separate world we travel to once and a while. Just recently (just a tiny dot in the whole human timeline) we drastically changed everything. We are now being shaped by a man made nature. The higher we go, the more unstable we are becoming. We're weaker, more overweight, and more susceptible to diseases. We're evolving in a manufactured nature, and if we ever lose the technology we have now, we would not know what to do, because we did not evolve to natures standards. If you truly think about it, if there were no medicines or vaccines ever created in this world we would be an extremely healthier species through natural selection. The sick would not pass their genes on to their offspring because most of them would die before they could have any actual offspring... Therefore the genes would almost be non-existent or at least not effect us after so many years... Survival of the fittest.. But today everybody survives, whether healthy or not (Which is why we have such a horrible population problem) and they pass on the genes, whether good or bad. However, humans don't have a hive mentality like ants or bees. We care about ourselves and our loved ones. Hitler took this thought to the extreme and tried to kill off the sick and weak and speed up the natural selection we hindered (totally fucked up and I don't agree, I am just stating a fact). Ted Kazynski aka the UnaBomber strongly believed that one day advanced technology would be the end of us all. His whole reason for his terrorism campaign was to warn people of his belief of an impending doom for us all. After failing to be heard by using just words, he turned to terrorism. He believed the only way for him to become popular was through acts of violence (sending mail bombs to airports and universities). Once his popularity rose he demanded for his Manifesto to be published by all major newspapers and in return he would end his terror campaign. After much consideration, the companies obliged and published Industrial Society and Its Future. He believed he was going save mankind from his biggest mistake. However society never labeled him a savior, they labeled him a murderer (which he was and I condone taking a humans life). It is, however, sad that no one knows why he did what he did. They all just throw him in the category of "Killer" and move on. Many also do not know that he had an IQ of 170 or he was a victim of government testing (evidence suggests MK Ultra). However, this is not a blog about Theodore Kazynski. This is an observation of the new world we live in, a man made world. We need to be aware of the information we are taking in. We need to be aware of how reliant we are becoming on technology, and take it down a notch. If this does not make you worry about where we are headed, you are already too far down the hole...
